Return & Exchange Policy
At Custom Gifts PK, each product is uniquely crafted just for you. Because all of our items—including personalized blankets, sweatshirts, hoodies, and jewelry boxes—are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, we want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a personalization error, please contact us right away at m17awais@gmail.com. We'll do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly and make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
